My mission is simple:

You come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with you, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.

Home isn't a place, its a feeling

Buying

A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams.

Buying a property can be quite overwhelming – it’s no small matter. I will help by giving you honest, no BS information about each property. It is a huge financial and emotional undertaking. Once you’ve found the home of your dreams and your offer is accepted, you'll need a home inspector, a lawyer, and more - don't worry!  I got you covered.

I will be with you every step of the way, working in conjunction with your team to make sure the rest of the transaction progresses smoothly and that you are celebrating with peace of mind on your closing day!

Selling

The company AND the person you choose to represent your property is crucial. It’s of paramount importance to make sure YOU are represented. That is my priority – to have YOUR best interest in mind and give you the unparalleled level of service, confidentiality, loyalty and representation you deserve.

The critical and most important thing to get the most value for your property is Marketing. It’s imperative to market properties, but they need to be showcased online and in a new, innovative way - 3D virtual tour of the property, property floor plans, and social media marketing. In addition, I will market your property with print flyers and doorknocking in your neighborhood.

Call or e-mail me to talk about how you can capitalize on the current market. Give me the details of the property you are interested in selling and I'll give you a complimentary market analysis. I'll show you what properties similar to yours are selling for, and what competition you’re up against. And I'll give you an honest, realistic value for today’s market that will help sell the property in a timely manner.

Tips + Tricks

01

Avoid spending too much

Your pre-approval amount should act as a guide, showing you what you could pay for a home if you maxed out your finances. Your pre-approval amount should not, however, be the price that you buy at. Buying at the tippity top of your price range will likely leave you “house poor,” which means you’ll be able to make the mortgage payment and cover recurring expenses, but then you’ll have little or nothing left for recreation or other projects. So instead of buying at the top of your approval level, but within your comfort level: a level where you’ll still have sufficient money left over for other things. Simple ways to boost the value of your home

There are several simple, low-cost things you can do to boost the value of your home. These include eliminating clutter, washing windows and walls, and installing higher wattage bulbs to create a brighter environment. Larger projects, like adding bedrooms and renovating kitchens and bathrooms, typically yield more substantial increases in sales price. Staging your home, which helps paint a picture for how buyers will use their new space, can also add value. Download my free sellers guide here for more helpful tips.

03

Choose the person, not the experience

I am a firm believer in choosing an agent who works for you and with you. Don't choose an agent based solely on experience. Although it’s good to have, it's not everything. You will be spending a lot of time with that agent and you need to mesh. Choose someone relatable and real. Choose for you, not for the house. Choose someone good at talking and negotiating.
